Choose the option that best matches your project, the files you need and how you plan to use the music.

When you find the right track, BeatNova.pro gives you access to the purchased files and explains how that music can be used in your project.

Important note about the word Exclusive
On this page, Exclusive refers to the product tier name and included files, not exclusive ownership of the music, unless a separate written agreement says otherwise. The currently listed BeatNova.pro tiers are non-exclusive.
Which Option Should I Choose?
Simple social posts
For simple social media posts, TikTok or Reels, Basic may fit if your intended use matches the Basic listing.
Business or client projects
For business videos, client content, product videos, paid promotion or other commercial use, review Premium or Exclusive.
More editing control
If you need stems for editing, mixing or a custom production workflow, the Exclusive option may fit because it includes Stems ZIP.
Unclear use case
Always check the full terms before purchase. If your platform, client, ad, artist release or publishing plan is unclear, contact before buying.
Allowed Use
Subject to the selected product option and these terms, you may use the delivered track files in your own finished video, content or project where your selected option allows.
- Basic lists social media, TikTok and Reels use.
- Premium lists commercial use and includes DRM-free WAV 24bit / 48kHz.
- Exclusive lists commercial use and includes DRM-free WAV 24bit / 48kHz plus Stems ZIP.
- You may publish your finished project where your selected option allows and where the platform rules allow that use.
The usage terms cover the BeatNova musical composition and delivered track files only. Any additional samples, recordings, vocals, visuals, trademarks or third-party material you add remain your responsibility.
Not Allowed
Raw files and redistribution
- Do not resell the raw music files.
- Do not redistribute the raw music files.
- Do not sublicense the raw music files.
- Do not upload or register the music as your own standalone work.
Ownership, systems and legal use
- Do not submit the track itself to Content ID, fingerprinting, copyright-claim systems or similar rights-management systems.
- Do not claim authorship or ownership of the original BeatNova music.
- Do not use the files in a way that violates platform rules or applicable law.
Platform Disclaimer
Platforms such as YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Spotify, Canva and CapCut have their own rules, review processes and automated systems.
BeatNova cannot guarantee monetization, the absence of claims, no muting, no takedowns, no review flags, or approval by any platform. Platform decisions can depend on your account, upload context, added materials and the platform's own systems.
If a platform issue occurs, contact BeatNova with the order email, track title, platform name and screenshot or details so the issue can be reviewed.
Ordering, Payment and Download Access
- The cart and checkout show the selected track, option and total price in USD before payment.
- Clicking the Stripe payment button or approving the PayPal order creates a payment obligation.
- Payment is processed through Stripe or PayPal, depending on the method selected and currently available.
- BeatNova.pro does not store card data.
- The contract is confirmed after successful payment. BeatNova then emails the download links and the required digital-delivery consent confirmation.
- Delivery begins when BeatNova makes the purchased digital content available after successful payment.
- Download links expire after 48 hours and permit up to 3 downloads.
- No physical product is shipped.
- If you were charged but did not receive a link, contact BeatNova with the order email.
Digital-file functionality and compatibility
The selected option supplies the file formats listed before purchase, such as MP3, WAV and, where stated, a ZIP archive containing stems. The customer needs a device, storage space and compatible audio or archive software capable of opening those standard formats. DRM-free files are identified as such in the selected option. BeatNova does not guarantee compatibility with every device, application, platform or third-party production workflow.
Consumer Withdrawal Right, Refunds and Technical Issues
Consumers normally have a 14-day withdrawal right for distance contracts. For digital content supplied without a tangible medium, that right is lost after performance begins only where the consumer gave prior express consent to performance beginning during the 14-day period, acknowledged the resulting loss of the withdrawal right, and received confirmation on a durable medium.
BeatNova therefore requires a separate checkout declaration in which the consumer expressly consents to immediate digital delivery and acknowledges losing the withdrawal right once delivery begins. The order email confirms that declaration and the applicable Terms & Privacy version.
If those legal conditions have not been met, the consumer's mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected. The withdrawal exception does not limit rights concerning non-conforming, corrupt, missing or incorrectly delivered digital content.
If there is a corrupt file, incorrect delivery or technical issue, contact BeatNova within 7 days of purchase with the order email and details of the problem.
If you were charged but did not receive a download link, BeatNova may resend the link or issue a refund after reviewing the order.
A withdrawal statement or complaint may be sent to balogh.sandor.miklos.e.v@gmail.com or by post to the registered office stated above. No mandatory statutory right is restricted by these terms.

Analytics choice and local storage
Google Analytics and Hotjar do not load until you select “Accept analytics”. Selecting “Reject non-essential” keeps them disabled. The choice is stored in your browser for 180 days. Use the “Privacy settings” button at any time to change it. Essential session storage remains active because it is needed for the cart, favorites, security and site operation.

Payment providers receive the data required to process and verify the selected payment. They handle payment data under their own privacy terms. Where a provider processes data outside the EEA, its published transfer safeguards apply.
Your data-protection rights
Subject to the GDPR and applicable law, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing based on legitimate interests.
